 Just  a  bird  cage  inside  an  aquarium.  Nick  trick,  but  I  don't  think  good  for  either  fishes  or  birds  !

 u  can  have  a  fishtank  in  side  a  bird  cage  but  not  a  cage  inside  fishtank????

 Those  are  African  gillbirds,  fully  aquatic.  I'm  not  sure  what  water  conditions  they  prefer.   Chuckle
