together or seperate? just made myself a DIY bubble counter using a syringe. was thing of using mineral water. |

Water would work well. I used water in a hospital drip set as a bubble counter.
I read somewhere that glycerin can be used. More viscosity - slower transit of bubbles |

yep thats what i read too. i guess i will use water. did the drip set work well as a bubble counter? |

Glycerine will have much better looks than just plain water.
The viscosity of glycerine sends the Co2 up  bubbles up in slow motion.
A plastic Chinese bubble counter will cost only you a couple of $.

I had no problems with it, but I was using it with a DIY setup. I don't know how well they will handle pressure |

i actually ordered one from a reputed person but he informed me that they are not working. so i decided to make one myself. this is what i made |
