Just  Two  Days  Before  I  changed  I  Chnaged  Water  In  My  2ft  tank...  With  4-5  small  fish  like  tiger  barbs.  I  have  air  driven  sponge  filter  in  it.  The  filter  and  and  tank  running  for  last  1.5  years.

Suddenly  today  I  saw  many  white  small  particals  floating  in  water  and  attached  to  glass.  After  carefull  look  i  found  they  were  moving(living  thing)  and  in  the  corners  of  the  tank  or  vertical  joints  ..they  were  too  many...  huge  no.   Surprised   Shocked   Sad   Some  are  DARK  in  color..

Pls  tell  me  what  are  they?  and  what  will  be  the  quickest  possible  remedy?

Relax.  They  are  probably  planaria.  Small  fish  will  eat  them.

Sounds  like  Planaria  to  me  either.  Their  presence  in  a  tank  indicate  water  quality  is  not  up  to  the  mark.  Maybe  you  are  overfeeding  &  leftover  food  caused  these  worms  to  grow.  Though  they  are  harmless  but  you  should  stick  to  small  amount  of  daily  WC  until  they  fully  vanish.
