stop  feeding  Tetra  bits  ,fish  will  get  back  the  white  color  in  some  time.
Add  A  to  Z  tab  for  vitamins  in  feed.
For  gelatin  i  use  AGar  AGAR  (non  flavored  gelatin)  which  i  dissolve  a  1   tbsp     in  1  cup  of  hot  water  and  add  it  to  the  mix  of  500gms  of  ghm.

i  am  not  an  expert  but  i  know  that  the  pigment  cell  which  are  responsible  for  red  color  (xanthophyll)  are  not  present   in  snow  white  ,so  i  think  your  show  white  might  be  a  cross  breed  i  am  not  sure  but  experts  may  confirm  it

Abt  the  color  of  human  ,white  can  become  brown  after  more  exposure  to  sunlight   ,  tht  may  be  case  of  discus  too  as  in  snow  white  getting  pink  or  light  RED  due  to  tetra  .
The  snow  white  as  i  know  is  derived  from  wild  brown  ,so  i  think  it  might  contain  some  color  pigment.Experts  comment  on  this  pls.
