Raise the temperature to the low 80s, make sure the water is clean and all of the basic Discus things.give some good antibiotic , After they are eating the food they were used to for at least a week start adding 10-20% of another food with the food they are used to. You can slowly increase this amount over a time period of a few weeks and then do the same with another food. I would recommend not feeding blood worms to them at all. Jack Wattley strongly recommends against feeding blood worms because they can get caught in the Discus's intestines and kill the fish. I've personally never had this problem with Discus though why risk it when there are so many other live foods around. Jack Wattley knows more about Discus than I ever expect to learn and he is a very nice gentleman that really cares about fish and the hobby so I believe him.

one of my blue diamond fish is sick , he is always on top and black in color , and not active , yesterday he was active and eating food
It is normal in blue diamonds sometimes turning black , since you had mentioned that the discus was eating well till yesterday , why don't you wait and see if he is improving , since you had put on the heater . pl check the water temp . your tank size is 30x15x12 and i think you had put on 300 W heater which is on higher side .
Loking at your BD it looks that his forehead has sunken and is stunted , but still you try from your side by feeding well and by doing good WC .
Sandy my brother , you are new in his forum and there are lot of good posts and articles for you to learn and understand . Antibiotic should be the last option in treating any discus , so one should be very careful while recommending any antibiotics .

Dear mahadev_ambitionb,
I totally agree with Shiva, BD sometimes turns black and the discus also look stunt to me. Discus is very sencetive fish you have to think 1000 times before adding any medication to your Discus tank. from my experience go with Shiva's words it will help you out of this problem.
Thanks,
