If  its  only  about  an  inch,  you  can  try  using  the  normal  MSeal.

It  is  best  if  you  re-do  your  tank  with  a  fresh  piece  of  glass  in  the  bottom.  Repairing  works  sometime  for  smaller  tanks  but  here  we  are  talking  about  a  monster  sized  tank  where  the  pressure  and  weight  is  extremely  high.

if  its  leaking  go  for  new  tank  and  if  its  not,  mseal  is  the  best.  better  than  silicon.  i  had  a  crack  and  applied  silicon  and  its  doing  fine  since  4yrs.

Mac  I  would  still  suggest  you  to  re-do  the  bottom.  What  if  there  is  a  small  bump  in  the  tank  while  mopping  the  floor  or  sweeping,  the  small  crack  would  expand  and  then  ?  Better  be  safe  than  sorry  you  are  dealing  with  600+  kg  tank.

Mac,  in  the  pic,  I  see  that  your  table  has  buckled  under  the  weight  of  the  tank.  Better  take  care  of  that  too,  else  you  may  end  up  with  more  cracks.

Well  let  me  ask  you  something.
What's  that  the  red  light  in  second  pic.
 Is  it  heater  ???
If  it  is  then  you  should  consider  placing  it  in  the  middle  back  of  tank  if  you  don't  want  to  make  some  deadly  hot  spots.
Its  okay  if  the  water  of  filter  from  outlet  pipe  is  coming  directly  over  it.
BTW  ITS  NOT  THE  CASE  NOW  .
If  I  was  you  I  would  have  replaced  the  whole  glass  which  is  broken  as  I  don't  want  to  see  my  room  flooded  with  the  water  from  aquarium   Surprised   as  I  have  suffered  it  so  better  you  should  replace  that  glass  .
I  think  that  U  Might   have  done  something  about  it  now.
Btw  Please  hide  those  canisters  and  wiring  as  it  is  messing  the  beauty.
 Orange  plus  black  doesn't  work.
 Sorry  no  offence....
 Bye  and  do  reply...

Another  problem  I  see  is,  the  use  of  angular  legs.  Angular  beams  are  heavy  but  not  strong.  Square  beams  are  the  strongest.
