 Hello,
This  is  strange  to  see,  that  neon  and  cardinal  tetra's  and  Celestial  Pearl  Danio  are  not  eating  Hikari  food.  I  used  to  feed  them  Gene  Eleven  food  but  unfortunately  it  was  not  available  with  my  LFS  guy,  so  i  picked  Hikari  product.
 Can  somebody  help.

Then  try  starving  them  for  two  to  three  days.
What  ever  you  do  don't  overfeed  them.  Try  droping  few  granules  first  after  starving  them.
BTW..  whats  your  tank  size  and  water  changing  schedule?

General  thumb  rule...wen  u  shift  from  one  feeding  variety  to  another..
As  mentioned  above  "  Starve  them  for  couple  of  days   and  drop  very  few  granules"
Solution  Based  on  your  info  given.
Else  look  for  any  other  hidden  issues  you  might  not  have  observed  in  your  tank
