If  there  are  just  green  dots..you  can  scrape  it  with  tooth-brush.  It  will  go  off..Do  not  resort  for  black-out  until  you  are  overrun  with  loads  of  algae  in  our  tank!!!!

How  are  you  diffusing  Co2  ?  Is  it  DIY  ?  Mostly,  DIY  leads  to  inconsistency  of  Co2  levels,  which  leads  to  algae  issues.

Keep  your  lighting,  fertilizer  and  co2  constant  and  they  all  should  be  gone  in  a  weeks  time.

Give  details  of  your  tank,  this  algae  frequently  appears  when  lights  are  high.
However  it  is  hard  to  give  meaningful  advice  without  knowing  tank  details.

I  am  diffusing  Co2  through  Ista  3in  1  Ceramic  diffuser  at  2BPS  ,  it's  a  pressurised  CO2   but  before  2  weeks  i  had  DIY  setup  as  my  pressurised  setup  was  on  hold
I  suspect  that  DIY  is  the  reason  for  algae  ,  right  now  i'm  looking  for  solutions

 Hey  ruchit
My  lighting  is  constant  for  6  hours  from  5pm  to  11  pm
and  CO2  comes  on  1  hour  before  Lights  are  turned  on  and  goes  off  with  light,  and  i'm  dosing  at  2BPS

is  it  right  ?  or  should  i  make  some  changes...?

From  your  description  it  looks  like  green  dust  algae,  it  usually  seen  on  glass  front,  rocks  etc.  but  due  to  some  unknown  reason  it  leaves  plants  alone.
I  got  it  in  my  tank  when  lights  were  high,  I  cut  down  the  lights  a  bit  and  it  went  away  on  its  own.
However  you  do  not  seem  to  have  high  lights,  with  co2  55w  is  good  for  approx  12  g  tank.
I  don't  think  you  need  to  change  anything,  some  amount  of  algae  will  always  be  there  in  planted  tank.
As  long  as  it  does  not  get  too  much,  it  should  be  okay.

If  it  comes  off  easily  then  its  green  dust  algae.  Though  it  might  look  bad  you  have  to  just  allow  this  algae  to  run  its  course  and  it  will  vanish  on  its  own.

If  it  isnt  easy  to  remove  and  needs  a  blade  to  scrape  it  then  its  green  spot  algae  and  its  a  sign  of  low  phosphates.  Scrape  it  off  and  start  dosing  phosphates
