Guys  Please  do  help  me  out  with  ,  I  have  got  20  number  of  RCS  and  2  Yamato  shrimps

I  got  the  RCS  from  one  of  the  Hobbyist  on  IAH  and  he  advised  me  not  to  keep  Cherry  Barbs  in  the  tank  along  with  Shrimps

So  i'm  trying  to  catch  them  but  i'm  not  able  to  catch  them  as  they  hide  in  the  plants

Any  ideas  for  catching  them  and  also  i  need  to  catch  the  Golden  algae  eaters...

Other  fishes  in  my  tank  are:

 6  Neon  tetras
 12  Dwarf  Danios
 6  Rummy  Nose,
 6  Thread  fin  rainbows
 a  pair  of  Balloon  Ramis
and  a  pair  of  Golden  algae  eaters  and  assassin  snails  each

Please  do  tell  if  all  the  above  fish  are  compatible  to  be  kept  with  RCS  and  Yamatos
and  can  i  keep  RCS  ansd  Yamatos  together

Try  a  bottle  trap  baited  with  live  worms.  You  should  be  able  to  catch  most  of  them.

I  see  u  have  an  GAE  big  one,..  it  might  disturb  your  RCShrimplets  too,..
Catching  when  light  off  is  the  best  way  especially  with  rocks  and  plants  in  scape,..  leave  the  net  inside  the  tank  for  hours  so  the  fishes  get  used  to  it  thinking  its  harmless  to  move  around,..

Drop  the  water  level  to  3  inches,  use  two  nets,  one  net  is  stationary  while  the  other  is  used  to  guide  the  fish  into  the  net.  With  less  water,  the  fishes  ability  to  escape  is  minimized.

@  Naveen...Seeing  the  size  of  your  GAE,  it  should  be  fairly  easy  to  catch  than  small  one...and  you  don't  have  large  branched  driftwood  either...it  makes  whole  exercise  a  little  easy....have  two  nets..one  big  and  one  medium  sized...place  the  big  net  against  tank  wall  at  more  spacious  location  in  the  tank  blocking  a  corner  of  the  tank  and  try  catching  GAE  with  medium  net..drive  it  towards  the  bigger  net,  it  works  as  traps,  lift  the  big  net  immediately  once  the  fish  is  in...simple  but  u  need  patience   Thumbs Up
