My  Male  guppy  has  become  a  bit  puffy.  His  scales  are  standing  a  little  and  he  seems  to  be  struggling  to  breath.  I  have  isolated  him  already,  can  anyone  tell  me  whats  wrong  with  him  and  how  to  treat  him?

 Google  "dropsy  in  fish".

If  his  scales  are  sticking  out  then  thats  probably  what  he  ia  suffering  from.
There  is  unfortunately  no  real  cure  since  this  stage  is  a  result  of  some  internal  organ  failure.
Isolate  him  and  add  little  epsom  salt  to  ease  his  departure.

Thankfully  it  is  not  usually  contagious  but  keep  an  eye  out  for  the  other  fish

 regards,
 Venkat

Its  a  case  of  Dropsy  (bloating),  Did  it  become  fluffy  all  of  a  sudden  or  gradually..?
Fishes  which  are  weak  due  to  stress  are  venerable  for  this  condition,  major  thing  might  be  your  water  quality.
Dropsy  cure  is  very  rare,  but  if  its  still  in  the  initial  stage  then  you  can  try  this..
Move  it  to  another  tank,  use  the  same  water  from  the  main  tank  or  use  conditioned  water.
put  in  an  aerator..  or  better  if  you  can  set  up  a  sponge  filter.
Add  1/8  teaspoon  of  Epsom  salt  for  every  20  liters  of  water  and  hope  for  the  best.
Feeding  must  be  normal  if  it  feeds,

Sad  Just  saw  a  female  guppy  with  a  wound  on  her  body.  She  is  staying  a  bit  away  from  the  group.  Roaming  around  but  not  coming  in  the  front  like  others.  Sorry  but  this  are  the  best  mic  I  could  manage  with  my  phone.  Is  it  ich?  The  tank  temp  is  around  30  and  i  do  weekly  water  change.  I  also  have  a  ehim  filter  running  24/7.

I  thing,  some  thing  is  not  right  with  your  tank  parameters.  this  looks  like  an  injury  or  a  parasitic  infection.  But,  right  now  I  would  recommend  using  rock  salt  1  Tbs  per  40  liters  directly  in  to  the  main  tank.  switch  on  all  the  aerators  and  filters  for  maximum  water  circulation  in  the  tank.
For  next  day  4  days.  Do  25%  water  changes  and  add  the  same  amount  of  salt  you  added  on  first  day.
After  this,  continue  the  25%  water  changes  with  out  adding  salt  for  4  days..

 Hey  Nidhiji,

I  got  a  planted  tank,  I  havent  even  started  on  fertz.  Wont  the  salt  kill  my  plants?  My  filter  is  always  on,  got  a  ehim  2213.  I  dont  have  any  aeration  in  the  tank.  I  think  I'll  get  a  cube  or  smaller  tank  to  treat  the  female.

Yes,  if  its  a  planted  tank..  then  get  another  tank  for  treatment.
