I have got a starter culture for Vinegar eels, but could not source any Apple-Cedar-Vinegar.
All I could source is a bottle of Cedar-Vinegar (not apple) and another bottle of White-Whine-Vinegar. Would any of these vinegar works fine for the eels? Is there any place I could shop for Apple Cider Vinegar in Chennai?
Experts, your advice please.

Cider is mainly made from apple fruits and occasionally from pear fruits as well. However I have seen apple cider vinegar being marketed just as Cider Vinegar.
As venkat says you should be able to find these at HPMC.. Try the below chennai address,
HPMC, Himachal Cold Storage,
