Great  looking  tank!  This  tank  is  how  many  days  old.  Is  there  any  filteration?

This  tank  was  establised  in  April,  2009.  I  have  installed  a  hang  on  powerhead  filter  and  runs  it  for  4-6  hours  in  the  interval  of  3-4  days.

Your  filter  should  be  on  constantly  otherwise  there  is  no  point  in  having  it

Good  work  Rajiv  Jee.  Time  to  trim  the  Riccia.

Why  you  are  not  running  filter  24x7?

I  cant  find  HC  anywhere  in  there.  But  a  nice  lil  scape.
Those  round  rocks  look  a  little  odd  and  unnecessary  in  the  scape.

Sorry  to  all  viewers,  that  plant  is  HM.

Tirta,  I  have  used  a  unique  technique  to  tie  Riccia  with  stones  which  is  out  of  rule  book  of  aquascaping.  I  put  a  thin  layer  of  hair  algea  with  Riccia.  the  growth  of  hair  algea  is  more  than  riccia  and  it  always  make  a  band  around  riccia.  So  I  trims  only  Hair  algea  every  week.

Hi  Scorpio,

Any  update  of  the  tank  !!

 Thanks  to  all  of  you.

This  is  a  very  old  topic.  From  2009  I  have  rescaped  this  tank  twice.  Here  you  can  enjoy  new  scapes  in  the  same  tank.

Both  scapes  are  100%  low  tech  without  Co2
