Does the young ones need food for the first two days?
Or can they feed on the microorganisms and survive?
Is water change required during these two days?

No need to change water. You can fed them small amounts of food that you feed their parents. The only difference is you can powder the food, and mix it well with water in a small dish, and leave it to soak for 5 minutes. Then pour it into the fry tank. This should do. Feed very small amounts, and if possible feed thrice or 4 times.

Feed them powdered pellets/flakes. You can also feed them crushed yellow yolk from a bolied egg if the tank is bare botttomed (easy cleaning the leftover). Also separate the youngo nes from the parents if you ant to raise all of them else they'll end up as food for the adults. This is what happens in my tank. Just a clever few young ones hide under the plants an make it !
