 Yes  without  laterite  too.
Laterite  is  not  a  nutrient  rich  substrate,  but  has  properties  which  makes  it  easier  for  plants  to  absorb  nutrients.
Without  it  the  plants  will  grow  and  survive,  although  not  very  fast.
I  had  a  no  of  them  growing  in  lucknow  in  ordinary  construction  sand,  for  over  2  years,  prunung  required  every  45-50  days,  no  co2  &  occassional  ferts.

All  chemicals  used  as  fertz  are  available  in  lucknow  ,  the  only  exception  is  Microsol  B,  which  you  have  to  get  them  from  Delhi.
I  think  I  still  have  1/2  kg  packs  of  of  them  in  lucknow

 Hi  Saurabh,

The  best  and  cheapest  option  is  any  fertiliser  shop.  I  mean  terrestrial  fertilisers.

The  second  option  and  costlier  would  be  laboratory  suppliers.

 The  chemicals  needed...

 K2SO4-  Potassium  sulphate.
 K2NO3-  Potassium  nitrate
 MgSO4.7H2O-  Magnesium  sulphate  (Epsom  salt)
 KH2PO4-Potassium  diHydrogen  Phosphate

Also  get  Chelated  Iron  which  is  used  for  growing  grapes  etc.
The  same  people  will  also  have  Micro-nutrient  mixture,But  make  sure  it  does  not  contain  any  Copper.

 Regards,
 Nayak.

 No  dosing  no  CO2

Remember......  As  Nayak  said,  Anubias  are  Hard  to  Kill  but  also  very  hard  to  get  a  decent  growth.  It's  a  rumore  that  Anubias  are  slow  grower.  If  you  provide  them  a  good  home  (CO2,  >2WPG  light  and  Lots  of  Ferts),  they  will  grow  like  mad.

For  Macros  I  have  used  following,

 Nitrates  (N)     =  Potassium  Nitrate
Phosphates  (P)  =  Fish  Food  /  Water  Changes  /  Potassium  Phosphate  Å¾   Calcium  (Ca)  =  Fish  Food   /  Water  Changes  or  Shellcal  Tablets  CaCo3
 Chloride  (Cl)  =  Water  Change
Sodium  (Na)  =  Salt  (Pakistani  Salt)  /  Rock  Salt
 Magnesium  (Mg)  =   Epsom  Salt
Potassium  (K)  =   Potassium  Sulphate  /  Pottasium  Nitrate  Å¾   sulfates  (S)  =  Pottasium  sulphates
For  micros  I  have  used  Microsol  B  obtained  from  Delhi.
All  these  chemicals  are  available  at  lab  suppliers,  near  Lalbagh  girls  college.
