 Hi
 Nice  progress,  Looks  good.  Clapping
Surprisingly  slow  growth  for  the  Hyogrophila  Sp  as  you  said.  I  had  to  get  it  out  of  my  small  tank  within  6  weeks  as  it  grew  to  the  surface  and  covered  all  the  other  plants.
What  is  the  floating  plant  on  the  Rt  side  of  the  picture?

 Thank  you  all  for  appreciation!
@unniga....Thats  riccia  fluitans(or  Chrystalwort)  floating  on  the  right.
@Deb  &  Rohan....Slow  growth  is  good,  100%  agreement,  but  I  am  bored  watching  same  empty  tank  for  2  months  now   Chuckle  moreover  the  lower  leaves  die  off  even  before  the  stem  reaches  the  surface,  so  I  have  to  trim  it  from  the  bottom  to  make  it  look  bushy.

Please  help  me  with  Fe  &  Mg,  my  plants,  especially  tenellus  and  subutala  are  not  growing  fresh  green  leaves  due  to  deficiency.
Can  I  use  lab  grade  or  medicinal(available  at  drug  stores)  epsom  salt?  If  so,  how  should  I  dose  it?

you  guys  are  right  I  agree,  I  deliberately  used  smaller  rocks,  the  glass  of  my  tank  is  only  6mm  thick  so  I  dint  wanted  to  risk  with  extra  pressure  at  certain  points.
There  wont  be  any  problem  if  the  bottom  support  is  good  enough.  I  have  used  80  kgs  of  rocks  in  48x18x18  inch  tank  made  with  just  6  mm  Smile

@Shameek  n  Harshal...Thanks,  I  am  a  beginner  in  planted  tanks,  let  me  make  good  looking  lush  tank  first  later  I'll  try  my  hands  on  glosso,  HC,  etc.
Thats  is  the  right  way  to  learn!

A  question,  I  have  to  make  a  choice  between  Ech.  tenellus  and  E.parvula,  what  can  be  better  option  in  my  tank  with  the  same  lighting.
Let  me  tell  you,  in  iwagumi  setup,  I  dont  think  anyone  has  ever  used  Echinodorus  Tennelus.  I  feel  Elocharis  Parvula  looks  better  in  iwagumi  setups  than  any  foreground  plant.
Since  your  tank  is  way  far  from  iwagumi  style,  just  stick  with  Ech.  Tennelus  only.  No  hard  feeling  mate,  just  take  it  casually.

OK  people  as  lets  consider  it  just  a  hard  scape,  because  it  doesnt  follows  most  of  the  iwagumi  rules.
Arre  baba,  need  not  to  worry!

Try  putting  some  fertilizer  tabs  near  the  roots.  Its  a  heavy  root  feeder.I  would  recommend  flourish  root  tabs  if  you  can  get  some.

 Thanks

Theres  a  layer  of  laterite  right  below  the  sand...isnt  that  adequate?  I  saw  this  plant  very  well  in  an  LFS  who  never  used  nutrient  rich  substrate  or  root  fertilization.
Moreover  very  little  light  reaching  it,  shall  I  move  it  to  some  brighter  spot?

 An  update

Started  DIY  CO2(4days  ago),  nearly  2bubbles  per  second,  being  diffused  through  crude  DIY  inetrnal  filter.  CO2  is  being  generated  in  two  2ltr  Soda  bottles,  I  plan  change  the  brew  every  week  with  a  gap  2-3  days  for  each  bottle  to  maintain  stable  flow.  You  can  see  tiny  bubbles  in  the  picture  below.

 Riccia  attached  to  wood.

I  see  some  growth  in  hygrophyla  plants  now.  Smile

Rotala  as  usual  was  trimmed,  recently.
No  change  in  Red  Lilly(Lotus  rubra).
Started  dosing  Macros(K2SO4,  KH2PO4  and  KNO3)  and  Microsol  B  every  alternate  day.
I  will  be  adding  a  few  dwarf  crypts  in  the  midground.  Any  other  suggestions  for  this?

 Regards!
 Hamza
