Just  because  India  has  no  replacement  for  it.
Otherwise  its  outdated  technology  from  the  50s.

Wait  till  Bajaj  brings  in  the  Ninja  and  then  we'll  see  a  decent  bike  for  the  masses.
Not  going  off  topic  though,  I  saw  one  of  the  FZ16s  just  now,  and  it  looks  pretty  decent.
Couldn't  stop  to  get  details  though.

hey  pradeep  you  have  a  jawa/yezdi?
i  remember  seeing  your  nick  on  a  yezdi  community  on  orkut.

No  but  that  is  one  bike  I  would  love  to  have.  I  would  have  one  now  but  for  the  left  leg  kick  start.

Cool  bike  Rocky,  thanks  for  the  link.  I  want  to  sell  my  Buell  X1  before  the  snow  flies.  I  really  enjoy  the  1200cc's  but  fuel  economy  is  now  a  priority   Sad

 @  Abhi,  Rupak,  Ashwin,  Ravi,

Which  bike  do  you  have,  guys?
If  BULLET,  its  wonderful,  because  it  is  the  real  KING.
But  if  not  ....  please  stop  talking  about  the  50  years  old  technology  which  is  not  worth  for  todays  demand  &  market!

For  todays  generation,  BULLET  is  like  an  UGF,  totally  outdated!  Its  time  for  JAPANESE  Engineering!

 Just  my  opinion!

The  Center  mass  (Fuel  Tank)  -  Flaming  orange,  Lava  Red  or  Black  is  only  a  cowl  (made  of  Plastic  Resin).  The  cowl  feeling  is  not  so  good  to  feel  -  as  Yamaha  say's  "Muscular  Body".

A  rear  disc  would  have  been  a  good  option.

For  me  upgrading  from  a  156cc/12.8bhp  to  153cc/14bhp  by  paying  57K  with  no  major  enhancements  to  rejoice  about,  it's  not  worth  the  money.

Even  R15  -  It's  more  like  a  150cc  bike  with  a  neat  job  on  a  fairing.  The  firing  too  does  not  sound  great.  It  may  have  sensors  &  what  not,  but  certainly  not  worth  the  amount  for  a  150cc  sports  bike.

On  both  bikes  you  need  to  pay  for  free  servicing  -  1000/-  to  1500/-  for  Engine  Oil  &  oil  filter.

I  feel  PULSAR  220  DTS-Fi  is  still  better  off  or  even  the  RTR160  Fi,  except  that  they  both  don't  come  with  Monocross  suspension  Sad  .

Pradeep  -  Let's  wait  &  watch  what  Bajaj  has  in  store,  actually  Ninja's  or  cheap  mutants.  Confused??:

 MPO.

i  m  having  pulsar  180  fear  the  blackk  limited  edition.was  thinking  for  thunder  bird  but  my  dad  had  a  very  bad  experience  with  bullet(U  SEE  BACK  KICK)  so  i  have  to  go  with  pulsar  only.

 Technology  Schmeknology.   Very Happy

 Technology  is  great.

But  Class  transcends  technology.  Bullets  have  sheer  presence.  Period.  They  don't  make  bikes  with  character  anymore-  like  the  Jawas,  Yezdis,  RDs...or  even  the  old  British  Singles.

Of  course,  such  opinions  are  subjective.  To  each  his  own.   Drinking
