 Hi  Seetharam,

Your  inlet  and  outlet  is  on  the  same  side  (well  this  was  your  observation  for  me  Smile  )  now  what  have  you  got  to  say   Chuckle

No  offence  meant,  my  set  up  looks  (only  for  the  inlet  and  outlet  pipes)  same  with  the  upgradation  to  the  glass  lily  from  the  spray  bar  and  had  your  comment  in  mind...  so  just  wanted  to  confirm  if  this  is  okay  and  why  was  it  a  point  of  observation  from  you  before.

Lovely  scape,  I  am  still  to  visit  your  place  after  you  shifted  (if  you  remember  our  first  conversation).

All  the  best,  looking  forward  for  more  updates.

@  Shameek  and  Mithun  -  Thank  You  Guys

@  Shreyas  -   Chuckle  No  offence  taken  ....  actually  i  was  confused,  30  min  after  i  told  you  the  placement  for  the  Inflow  and  Outflow  it  suddenly  struck  me  that  i  had  given  you  the  wrong  suggestion  .....  made  a  mental  note  to  tell  you  but  it  skipped  my  mind  completely  till  today  .....  sorry  about  that   Smile

Not  that  the  placement  i  told  you  will  not  work,  but  this  placement  works  better   Smile

I  am  usually  there  on  the  weekends,  give  me  a  buzz  if  your  around  that  side  and  if  im  at  home  please  do  drop  in  .

Seetha....  you  should  put  the  inflow  and  Outflow  pipe  opposite  to  each  other.  It  will  help  a  proper  circulation  as  well  as  the  outflow  will  keep  moving  rthe  dirts  towards  the  Inlet  pipe.  Smile

 Dear  Seetharam,

Nice  scape  you  got  there  ,  good  work.

Have  a  few  suggestions  by  which  you  can  improve  your  tank.

1-  What  plants  do  you  have  here,  Looks  a  lil  jumbled  up  here?   Suggest  you  use  Crypts  like  crypt  tropica.  Would  provide  a  good  transition  from  the  branco  sand  to  the  wood  and  look  rich  in  this  layout.

2-A  lone  anubia....suggest  you  add  more  anubias  or  remove  the  loner.  You  could  also  line  the  moss  wit  some  nice  crypts.

3-This  one  branch  is  too  different  from  the  rest  of  this  layout  suggest  you  cut  it  off.

Usually  suggest  you  cover  the  entire  stone  with  moss  and  hence  it  will  grow  much  quicker  to  take  hold  of  the  entire  stone.

Also  as  others  have  suggested  a  wood  about  2   times  in  ratio  to  the  main  wood  would  give  a  better  perspective  to  this  scape.   As  you  have  said  in  your  descrption  a  river  flowing  through  a  thicket  would  be  meaningful  then....but  please  use  the  same  kind  of  driftwood.

 All  the  best.

 Regards
 Adip

 Hi  Seetharam,
Thats  a  lovely  piece  of  drift  wood  and  a  nice  setup.
I  am  bad  at  imagining  about  how  will  the  setup  turn  into  so  I  would  rather  wait  and  enjoy  the  pics  as  you  update  them  regularly  :)

@  Tirtha  -  Hey  Buddy,  yep  that  placement  does  work  well,  what  i  am  trying  to  achieve  with  this  placement  is  that  the  water  from  the  outlet  hits  the  aquarium  glass  on  the  other  end,  does  a  U  Turn  and  heads  back,  also  the  Glass  diffuser  is  placed  opposite  to  the  outflow  where  you  are  suggesting  for  the  inlet  to  be  kept.  Now  with  this  arrangement  the  CO2  bubbles  coming  out  dont  eben  make  it  to  the  surface,  they  are  circulated  with  the  water  flow  and  hence  hoping  to  get  CO2  circulation  established  in  the  tank  evenly.  .....  also  the  inlet  pipe  is  short  to  take  it  all  the  way  around  to  the  other  end   Chuckle

@  Adip  -  Thanks  for  your  inputs,  as  discussed  over  phone  have  made  a  few  alterations  already,  will  scout  for  a  piece  of  wood  which  can  be  added  to  the  scape

@  Kaushik  &  Rohan  -  Thanks  Guys,  will  be  maintaining  a  weekly  progress  pictures  of  the  tank  and  posting  them  here  ......  need  to  improve  on  my  photography  skills  in  the  meantime  so  that  i  can  get  a  good  picture  of  the  tank  when  it  reaches  a  good  stage   Chuckle

@  Srikanth,  Abhishek  &  Dinesh  -  Thanks  Guys

Seetharam,  after  the  "river  crosses  the  drift  wood,  its  too  straght,  make  it  bend  as  it  touches  the  rear  glass  preferably  to  the  left...
