Hi All - An Update
Checked pH and KH: pH at 6.9 and KH at 71 ppm making the CO2 concentration at 15 ppm which is like perfect , water had developed a very slight brown tinge. Except for some diatom algae on the Anubia Leaves no trace of algae whatsoever
First 60% water change done today and 5 Amano Shrimps added to the Tank (Why only 5 you may ask for a tank that size ..... well thats all i had ....... about 30 - 40 Cherry Red Shrimps will be added tomorrow)
A few suggestions have been implimented which are below
Actions based on Adip's suggestions:
1. The jumbled up mess was actually Cryp Wendetii Green which has been trimmed off the older leaves now and is looking much better.
2. The lone Anubia has been given some company with another Anubia cutting.
3. The branch that was different has been cut off
Hunting for another piece of driftwood which will fill a little bit of the gap on the right.
Actions based on Pradeeps's suggestions:
1. The river has been given a curve to the left as it touches the rear glass
Thanks for the input guys
Dont have the camera with me as of now , so could not take a picture, will be posting a picture over the weekend.

this will turn out amazing.
some things that is itching me..
1. from front its looking flat..
2. needs something to be done with the background plants on the right. may be some lengthier and bushier plants will look better..
3. the drift wood over the river is looking unnaturally big. A big tree that is totally over the river is not looking that great..

I do not like the drift wood on the right side...
I think your right side needs another driftwood complimenting the driftwoods on the left side...this is an option, you may do some thing else to make it more beautiful..but present scape of the right patch looks feeble.
I dislike the algae ball on the placement, it is very distracting
Placements of the anubias on the right side is not per my liking, I would like to put them at nooks and corners than keeping them in the open spaces.
Just a few of the things that I would have done if this was my tank.

Hi Seetharam, it looks very good and plants are healthy. The hair grass in background looks little loosely planted to my view. Excepting that, it looks beautiful

Hi Seetharam,
IMO the tank looks realy nice with the placement of the driftwood which compliments the drift wood on the left side.
However, you probably will have to move the anubia from the right side( Middle on the moss) to the left side as it kinda distracts the scape and the view.

The tank is going good but it will be too early to comment on the scape. It all depends on the plants and how they are filling in.
Seetha, One thing I must say you. Introduce Stems at the back of both the side. Otherwise, only using Anubias, Grass and Moss it will be difficult to get the desired looks.
Take a look at the below scape. I think it will help you to get some idea.

Seetha,
A black background will help to create the depth. You may also try to create a mound type scape in the right portion (the island without the driftwood). Overall, i think let it mature for a while, we are yet far far away to guess the final look. But it should be great. I just hope you are much more patient than me, who likes to modify the aquascape every month

@ Shameek, Mitra, Abhi 7 Deb - Thank You for your comments and suggestions.
@ Ravi - Yes, the E.Vivipara is a bit loosely planted, but i frequently trim and keep plonking new stems back, so in some time it should be a nice thick jungle
@ Surya - Yes, i kind of agree with you on the Anubia there, its a bit big considring the placement, will be replacing/moving that soon.
@ Tirtha - Thank You for your comments, there are stems planted at the left hand side behid the driftwood (Ludwiga Arcuata), they still need to grow a lot to be visible
@ Bappa - Putting a black background now is a bit difficult considering the way the tank is kept. Did try the mound type scape but it did not look too good. Well .... minor changes need to be done to a scape as it develops to get the best out at the end ..... and i keep doing some minor changes every week when i do the water change
