 Good  ones  Gokul  Thumb Up

Is  that  all  share  one  tank?  What  other  species  are  there  in  this  tank  and  how  about  the  native  fish  compatibility?  I  googled  a  lot  but  no  information  available  online.  Probably  native  gurus  like  you,  Beta,  Prasoon,  Suraj  and  others  over  IAH  can  bring  such  cart  out  of  your  personal  experience  which  would  help  the  hobbyist  to  learn  and  keep  those  to  make  our  tanks  a  paradise.  Thank  for  the  pics!

 Hey  Gokul,

I  would  love  to  know  more  about  the  Hara  Hara.  It  will  be  a  great  help  if  you  can  kindly  explain  a  little  about  them  (behaviour,  feeding,  max  size  etc)  Also  does  Suraj  sir  have  these  in  stock  now  /  I  would  love  to  have  one  or  a  pair...  Kindly  let  me  know...

 Dear  Gokul
 Great  Pics  Clapping
However  I  would  like  to  know  that  Are  you  keeping  them  in  Specific  Biotopes  of  their  geographical  origin  or  simply  keeping  them  in  a  planted  community  aquarium?  You  know  what  I  mean?  Please  share.
 Regards
 Kaushik

 Hi  Chinkz,

If  you  do  intend  to  keep  Hara  Hara's  a  species  tank  is  definitely  needed.  Not  to  forget  well  oxygenated  water.  They   will  initially  refuse  to  touch  processed  food  but  will  eventually  take  to  it  (pray  they  do).  Mine  acclimatised  quite  soon  luckily.  In  fact,  I  think  Beta's  Hara  Hara's  are  on  tetra  Bits.

My  tanks  setup's  basically  driftwood, rocks  and  leaf  litter  on  river  sand.  Temperature  s  around  21  C  and  them  seem  to  be  quite  comfortable.  They  prefer  a  planted  tank  but  Im  not   a  plant  guy  at  all.  Sizewise,  they  max  out  at  just  over  2  inches.

Food  :  Live  and  Frozen  Blood  Worms,  Fruit  Fly  &  Mosquito  Larvae,  Baby  Brine  Shrimp.

Though  recommended,  I  haven  tried  White  Worms  or  Micro  Worms  as  yet.

Ravi,  thanks.  I'm  not  a  native  guru  Chuckle  .  I  just  love  them  and  want  to  showcase  them  and  enthuse  others  to  keep  them  Thumb Up  .

 Sudhir  thanks  Smile  .

Pradeep,  the  Garra  was  about  1  cm  when  we  caught  them.  Now  they  are  about  2  inches  and  growing.  Breaking  my  head  trying  to  catch  them  and  the  Barbs.  The  links  were  super.  Thanks.

Kaushik,  thanks.  The  fish  obliged,  ie,  posed  for  the  photo.  I  have  some  awesome  P.  Bimaculatus  (the  most  underrated  Barb  IMO)  in  the  same  tank.  They  are  almost  impossible  to  photograph,  at  least  by  me  Very Happy  .  I  can  understand  your  concern  for  a  species  only  tank.  These  are  in  a  4x2x2  planted  tank.  I  have  put  over  a  dozen  coconut  shells  for  hiding.  They  seem  to  do  well  for  now  as  they  are  colouring  up  and  eating  well.  The  Barbs  act  as  a  dither  I  think.  Anyway  I'll  be  shifting  the  poorer  specimens  to  a  separate  planted  tank.

 Thanks  Jithu  Smile  .

Balaji  is  bang  on  about  Hara  Hara  Kush.  They  are  delicate.  I  had  casualties.  Mine  eat  frozen  artemia.

Nice  to  know  you  have  started  Badis  Badis  again  and  that  they  are  adapted.  Thumb Up  Will  look  forward  to  more  updates.  Smile

 Regards
 Dinesh.

Hey  Gokul,  are  your  Badis  eating  well?  His  stomach  looks  a  bit  concave.   I  compared  your  fish  in  picture  022.jpg  with  these  pics:

Maybe  it's  just  my  bad  eyes!   Chuckle
