 Oily  or  non  Oily  ..Even  though  i  eat  non  veg..I  dont  Eat  fish  at  all  just  because  am  an  "IAHIAN"   Very Happy  ..

 by  oily  i  think  they  mean  oil  of  the  fish  and  not  Fish  Fried  in  oil!!  ROFL  
 
 Cod  liver  oil  tablets  are  made  of  oil  extracted  from  fish  and  suppose  to  make  u  intelligent  dont  know  if  u  still  get  em!

 Almonds  are  good  but  for  something  else.
 
 Seven  sea's  still  sell  Cod  Liver  Oil  Tablets.
 Walnuts  are  also  a  good  source.  If  your  a  vegie.
