Areas  were  marked  off  fencing  with  chop  sticks.  The  center  area  between  the  chop  sticks  was  used  to  plant  Cryptocoryne  sp.  as  plants  required  in  this  fenced  off  area  were  short  and  low  growing  type  therfore  stem  plants  would  not  be  used  here.
The  chop  sticks  were  obviously  removed  after  the  planting.

Alternanthera  lilacina  being  planted  first.  The  red  plants  should  always  be  used  towards  the  center  of  the  layout  and  never  at  the  corners.

 Selecting  plants  of  required  height

Rotola  nanjeshan  being  planted  to  the  left  of  the  Cryptocoryne  up  against  the  driftwood

Rotola  rotundifolia  red  being  planted  to  the  right  front

Rotola  rotundifolia  green  was  planted  here

Myriophyllum  red  was  planted  in  the  chop  stick  cordoned  off  area

Please  note  the  stem  plant  planting  density  is  very  very  high.  It's  like  how  people  plant  hair  grass,  3  stems  in  a  group  at  each  corner  of  a  1  cm  square.

Cyperus  helferi  being  planted  to  just  the  right  of  the  Cryptocoryne  sp.

Planting  Hygrophilla  sp.  "Ceylon"  in  the  center  area  behind  the  driftwood  to  the  left  of  the  layout

See  how  the  stem  plants  are  laid  out  on  top  of  the  driftwood  after  planting.  This  ensures  all  the  stems  are  not  tangled  up  after  planting  like  we  do  and  get  uprooted  when  we  try  to  untangle  them.

The  phenomenal  concentration  and  stamina  of  the  Master  is  phenomenal.

Top  View  of  the  layout  so  far

As  soon  as  Takashi  Amano  invited  the  audience  for  a  closer  view,  this  tank  was  on  it's  way  to  create  a  record  for  THE  most  photographed  tank  on  this  earth  !
