The  algea  on  leaves  is  brown  algea  and  Severumkid  is  right.  That  is  hair  algea  with  debris.

It  is  more  likely  thread  algae  because  the  strands  seem  longer  than  hair  algae  and  also  softer.  Could  you  try  removing  some  from  the  tank  and  feeling  it.  If  it  is  soft  then  it  is  thread  algae  if  it  is  rough  and  fibrous  then  it  is  hair  algae.
You  could  try  doing  a  3  day  blackout  or  ading  some  algae  eaters  like  shrimp  or  add  a  molly.

Even  I  have  seen  LFS  here,  selling  hair  algae  as  moss.  I  was  about  to  put  it  in  my  planted  tank.  But  thank  God  I  decided  to  study  first  before  putting  anything  in  my  tank  and  was  quick  to  return  it  to  my  friendly  neighbourhood  LFS.

 Hi  Kshitij,

Add  few  Black  Mollies  to  the  tank,  they  will  take  care  of  the  rest.

one  black  molly  is  sufficient,  the  algae  will  be  gone  in  a  few  days.  Dont  feed  the  molly  anything  during  this  time.
