At  eight  inches  morays  are  ok.  They  grow  larger  though!!

There  are  some  that  grow  quite  big  others  remain  a  manageable  size.

Large  morays  are  regarded  with  respect  by  profesional  divers  -  large  jaws  with  big  gape  and  razor  sharp  teeth.

Check  out  shaji's  thread  and  also  this  link  http://www.wetwebmedia.com/morays.htm

If  its  Gymnothorax  tile  they  are  not  dangerous.    I  feed  them  prawns  and  occationally  mollies  &  BH.    They  can  very  well  co-exist  with  monos.

 Yes  Madhu,

They  are  Gymnothorax  tile...  Smile  Thanks  for  indentification...  Hope  they  can  survie  on  FW  too...  As  mono's  are  brackish  water  fish  i'm  adding  3ts/10Gal  while  doing  WC,  is  that  enough  for  Eel  too?

Mono's  are  above  2-3  inches  and  angels  are  less  than  2  inches  in  size...  is  it  good  to  keep  angels  with  them  or  do  i  need  to  remove  angels  from  that  tank?

Thanks  for  your  comments  vikram,  deepesh,  gokulin...

Keep  the  G.  tile  and  Mono's  together  and  add  rock  salt  to  bring  the  specific  gravity  gradually  upto  a  range  between  1.000-1.010.
