Yes  pl  .  once  fries  attached  to  their  parents  it  is  advisible  to  remove  the  cone  .

How  to  prevent  the  fluke  issues  in  the  breeding  tank  as  I  can  see  some  symptoms.  Can  I  put  1  ppt  rock  salt  after  today’s  WC.  Kindly  suggest

Just  keep  the  tank  and  water  clean  as  much  as  possible  .  During  WC  use  aged  water  .

 Thanks

 Folks,

Fries  are  now  7  days  old  and  they  very  well  settled  with  their  parents.

As  per  suggested  by  Shiva  I  have  started  the  brine  shrimp  feed  daily  twice  and  trying  my  best  to  keep  the  tank  clean.  Will  increase  the  BS  feed  form  today  to  get  the  optimal  growth.

Right  now  I  had  very  limited  BS  stock  to  hatch.  I  had  got  some  old  BS  from  old  friend  here  in  Chinchwad  but  unfortunately  it  didn’t  hatch.  Long  time  back  I  had  bought  few  Sera  Artimia  mix  from  Nirav  which  has  a  good  result  and  currently  using  the  same.

Today  morning  had  a  chat  with  Shiva  and  he  is  sourcing  one  tin  for  me.
When  can  I  start  dry  food  feeding  to  fries,  kindly  suggest.

 Below  are  some  snaps  :

 Cheers,

 Kiran

Already  arranged  for  one  Tin  today  .  Once  you  receive  the  Tin  ,  remove  small  qty  of  BS  for  daily  use  in  small  plastic  bottle  and  then  pack(  air  tight  )  the  Tin  properly  and  store  in  freezer  .

Just  continue  feeding  freshly  hatched  BS  ,  don't  be  in  a  hurry  to  feed  other  food  to  the  fries  or  else  all  your  hard  work  will  ............

 Thanks   all.

 Shiva,
 1. Fry’s  are   on  both  the  parents  but  mostly  they  are  attached  to  the  male.  In  between  I  have  observed  some  small  fight  between  them  to  take  a  charge.
 2.  BS  nauplii   is  very  tiny  in  size  hence  I  am  not  getting  exact  amount  to  feed.  Doing  some  work  out  with  the  dropper  to  set  the  exact  feed  and  trying  to  keep  tank  clean.
 3. Let  me  know  the  BS  hatch  procedure  for  provided  BS  tin.
 4. Let  me  know  when  can  I  start  other  food  to  fry’s.

Thanks  Shubhankar  for  your  kind  advise  and  help.  Still  I  have  one  Sera  Artimia  Mix  pouch  with  me  and  Shiva  has  arranged  one  BS  tin  for  me.   Yes,  will  PM  you  if  needed.

 Regards,

 Kiran
