can anyone give some information for convict cichlid natural biotope?
info regarding: type, colour of water, pH, amount of water change required, artificial flow of water or aeration, wether dried leaves are necessary at the bottom, aquatic plants, and of course types of rocks/shells to be added...etc

convicts are the most easy cichlids to keep,and also the most easiest one to breed also..they arent too fussy about water parameters,so dont bother them giving specific surroundings..they are happy in whatever way u keep them..just add plently of rocks, and more females than males, if u intend to breed them.best of luck
