Hi Experts,
Finally I got time to post my aquarium snaps . This is my first attempt and I have to learn a lot.
Experts help me with your suggestions in improving it.
1. Tank Size : 120 X 40 X 63 Centimeters
2. Volume : 302.4 liters, which is approximately 77.7 U.S. gallons
3. Filtration: Ehiem 2217 with MAX MAX CO2 Diffuser
4. Filter Media: ADA Biorio 3 lts, with Eheim filter pads
5. Light Fixture: T8 30Watts x 2 + 55 watts x 1 PLL + 36 watts PLL
6. CO2 System: Pressurized
7. Substarte : ADA Aquasoil Amazonia 2,Powersand special Small ,

You've done very well for the first attempt! Nice looking setup. The black background is accentuating the plant colors.

Nice setup.
Just fillup the front right side & IMO some trimming is required to give some shape for the center bunch of rotala.

Thanks Hrishi, yes this is my first attempt in aquascaping.I do have experience in keeping a bare bottom tank.

Your plants are very healthy and vibrant. With a little more effort you can turn this into an impressive dutch type scape.
And do share the tank specifications. |

Thanks Vishwa, surely will do that.
Experts I have E.Tenellus as a foreground with runners running around. To maintain proper size can I trim them? |

You can cut the runners and plant them in the empty place. It will spread well and form a carpet.
As for as the proper size I am assuming you mean its growing tall, many of us faces the same issue, but a proper co2 injunction and high light will make them stay low.
Mention your tank specifications, I am sure some one will guide you on this.

Beautiful and healthy plants.
Fill right side of the tank with some tall plants in curve.
Also add some midground plants and foreground plants. You can easily convert it in a dutch style tank. |
