Glyptos  from  the  western  ghats,  yet  to  get  an  ID

A  very  interesting  looking  garra,  very  "mottled"  appearance

Un-ID'ed  loach,  really  interesting  pattern  on  this

 Badis  sp.  'buxar'

 Schistura  semiarmatus

 Dario  sp  from  Coorg

 Badis  badis

 Thanks!

Oops,  my  bad.  Should  have  been  "badis"  which  seems  to  be  mid-way  between  a  Badis  and  a  dario

Rahul  thinks  the  Garra  could  be  G.surendranathanii.

That  UnID'ed  loach  looks  extremely  similar  to  one  we  collected  near  Coimbatore.  I  think  it  was  ID'ed  as  Longischistura  striata.  There  s  a  pic  somewhere.

Balaji:  The  fish  doesn't  match  the  pics  of  the  fish  found  online....Maybe  I  am  missing  something  from  the  original  description!

I'm  inclined  to  that  being  an  L.  striata  too,  provided  it  has  10  dorsal  rays.
