 Hi  Ram,

How  is  the  over  flow  from  the  tanks  collected.  Could  not  see  the  over  flow  part  from  the  diagram.

 Thanks

 @  Shankar
I  dont  have  the  picture  of  the  tanks  right  now........
here  is  how  it  workes...  there  is  a  3mm  opening  at  back  of  each  tank  through  which  the  water  drains  in  to  the  collection  tray,  check  out  the  diagram.

 Regards,
 Ram.

There  are  gona  be  a  some  changer  in  the  system,  instead  of  the  4ft  X  6ft  iron  rack  its  going  to  be  a  5ft  X  5ft  wooden  rack  (as  am  only  5.5"  it  was  getting  difficult  during  feeding  in  my  previous  version  Idea  )  and  so  I  have  planed  to  have  only  four  levels.  In  each  level  am  gona  have  11  tanks  (total  44tanks  in  the  system).

In  my  the  previous  system  I  made  the  collection  trays  out  of  glass  and  this  time  I  am  going  to  have  fiberglass  trays.  every  thing  else  is  going  to  the  same  as  it  was  in  my  last  project.
I  have  already  built  the  wooden  rack  last  sunday,  will  be  working  on  the  plumbing  part  tomorrow.
I  will  keep  you  guys  updated  as  the  work  progresses.

Good  to  know  about  the  changes  you  have  incorporated.  Will  these  fibre  glass  trays  be  kept  on  wooden  levels  on  the  rack?
