Yes sai.. totally agree..i'd have to use minimum 19mm toughened glass.. we actually unpacked the front wall to put in a viewing pane but after a major discussion skipped it.. i was/ am very skeptical about the whole installation and safety part(well for my fish  )..didnt want to wake up and find my aros in the garden if the pane gave away..
well prob for my next project in say 6 to 7 years i might def couple of arapaimas in that one..

Ha ha ha.. as long as my RTC doesnt think i'm food..
This is when my Aros bit my thumb as i was dunking prawn(mistake.. i always drop..that day i put my hand into the water) into the tank...
I'm def gonna be happier under the shower for now.. |

Hi mohd.. i might not put some floating plants in the main tank.. i did consider it but then they'd all be bunched around the top skimmer or go thru it.. it would make the purpose of the top skimmer obsolete.. i'm considering pothos plants in the sump though.. the filtration will be through 2 boyu spf16000 pumps.. moving around 14000 liters of water to two boyu ef15000 gardening bio filters.. the media in this canister is sponge and bio balls.. but i might additionally add more ceramic rings and pot scrubbies into the sump.. thanks.. |
