 Yes,it  is.Unfortunately  it  was  a  disaster  as  you  can  make  out  by  the  cloudy  water.
 Substrate  was  laterite  and  coarse  gravel.Light  was  one  36W  PLL.No  dosing.

 Here  is  a  piece  of  advice.If  the  water  is  cloudy  immediately,  or  within  an  hour  or  two  of  filling  the  tank,  it's  probably  due  to  insufficiently  washed  gravel.  Drain  the  tank  and  rinse  the  gravel  until  the  water  runs  clear.  That  should  resolve  the  problem.use  RO  (Reverse  Osmosis)  water.Decaying  plants  or  excess  food  that  remains  uneaten  can  also  cause  the  milky  water  seen  in  bacterial  bloom.Keeping  the  aquarium  very  clean  by  removing  debris  such  as  decaying  plants  and  uneaten  food,  vacuuming  the  gravel  regularly,  and  performing  partial  water  changes,  will  quickly  resolve  most  cases  of  bacterial  bloom.  Cut  back  feeding  to  every  second  or  third  day,  which  will  cut  down  on  excess  food  decay.

 This  was  the  last  planted  tank  I  had.  Was  unable  to  maintain  due  to  work  schedules  so  shifted  into  bare  bottom  tanks.  The  tank  was  60*18*18inches  with  2*150W  Philips  MH  @  10hr,  pressurized  CO2  @  3bps,  macro  and  micro  nutrients  were  added  weekly  after  50%  WC.

 Thanks  Vikram,  Abhis  and  Jack86.
 @Vikram
 The  halides  were  hanged  using  a  T  shaped  metal  frame.

 @jack86
 plants  used  were  Hygrophila  Corymbosa,  Red  Lily  and  Elatine  Triandra  (carpet).  Water  changes  were  done  using  pipes,  using  buckets  would  have  really  made  me  masculine  by  now.   Chuckle
