and i love cichlids..
Suggestions and comments welcome.

Jewels?
You can add convicts, severums and other Central American cichlids. But you ll have to look for large size specimens, as the juveniles will be fast food.
And yes , a full tank shot please?  |

That's what I'm having Problems with!! Added jewels long back..the gt did not leave em alone sincE jewels are usually not that big:...u can gt is also bitten in the tail by the Oscar . The Oscar is Abig bully :p
Thinking of a big arowana ...can I introduce a9 inch aro?? Scared that Oscar will gobble it down
Yes full tank shot comin since I have only cams macro lens :p |

Whats the size of the oscar?
I doubt he can take a 9" meal.
If you can, then get a growout tank.Introduce new fishes in that tank and when you feel that the fish have grown sufficiently , introduce them to the main tank.
You can add an RTC too. |

Hi All,
Can you tell me the name of the first fish in this forum? not asking about pleco which is same in picture. 90Gallon can accomadate one more arowana? if yes how many days we can keep arowana in that tank? i heard arowana can grow upto 12feet...... Anyone can answer this? |

Your fish look good.
I'd like to know more about your Texas. How big is it now and how big was it when you bought it? Is it a female? What do you feed it and how many times a day?

an arowana can grow a max of 4 feet, it happens only in the wild,
captive specimens rarely exceed 3 feet. |
