Thanks  guys  for  the  appreciation   Smile

 @  apuda2010

Yes  thats  a  1rpm  220v  gear  motor  or  more  commonly  known  as  grill  motor,  available  in  most  of  the  home  appliance  repair  shop.

I  am  trying  to  pen  down  the  exact  measurements  so  that  it  can  be  replicated  easily.

This  pictures  show  the  assembly  of  the  syringe.

More  clear  picture  on  the  aessembly  of  parts.

I  have  connected  the  syringe  piston  using  a  screw  from  a  3pin  plug.

 And  finally  the  tubing  connections.

Well  thats  it,  I  hope  I  have  made  it  simple.  Also  the  dosage  quantity  can  be  adjusted  by  increasing  or  reducing  length  on  the  wooden  wheel.  The  syringe  frame  is  connected  on  the  main  base  using  a  10mm  nut  and  bolt  but  make  sure  that  it  is  not  tightened  so  that  the  frame  moves  to  and  fro  in  its  position.  I  have  joined  the  acrylic  parts  using  feviquick.  The  syringe  and  motor  is  bolted  using  a  small  sized  nut  and  bolt  available  in  all  electrical  shops.  Happy  building   Thumb Up

Just  one  more  request...  any  pics  of  the  back  of  the  Doser  ?  that  would  be  a  bit  helpful  and  any  particular  make  of  the  1rpm  motor  ?

 Thanks  again  Bro  !

 Regards,

 Ruchit,  those  closeup  shots  helped.
 As  promised
Mine  would  be  inside  the  cabin,  so  dint  worry  about  aesthetics,  used  what  was  available  at  home.

Thanks  a  lot,  will  post  you  a  video  once  I  plug  in  the  motor  tomorrow.

Super  DIY  Ruchit!  Now  its  on  my  'To  do'  list.  It  cant  imagine  anything  simpler  than  that.

 Thanks  for  sharing.

P.S.  I  have  see  one  small  problem  with  this.
I  often  see  that  the  fertilizer  all  in  one  solution  requires  a  shake  prior  to  dosing,  how  can  we  make  that  possible  with  this?

 Hey  Ruchit,  here  you  go...

Changed  the  frame  to  aluminum   Very Happy  looks  better  and  stiffer.
No  NRV  at  home,  nor  any  near  shop  in  this  remote  place,  so  might  update  next  week  with  complete  action.

Its  a  30/45  RPM  motor,  but  I  have  timer  that  goes  in  seconds,  so  should  be  fine  to  control.

 Suction  works

 Cheers!!
