Are you asking for an alternative food to bloodworms?
I suppose there is a wide variety of options, depending on location, budget, etc.
1. Frozen Brine Shrimp (if you can get) or any Brine Shrimp based flake/pellet food.
2. White worms (if you can culture)
3. Quality flake food like Tetra (works well for me)
4. Small or cut earthworms for some serious conditioning
5. Spirulina based flakes
6. Freeze dried Tubifex.
I know the above covers a pretty wide gamut, but in all my experience I have always found angels to be fairly robust eaters, and will do well on frequent, manageable meals which are all a part of good fish husbandry practices anyway. By the way, except for no. 2&4 I have used all of the others for my own angels.
If 2&4 were available, I would've given those as well.
