oscars  and  other  cichlids  will  pollute  your  tank  with  bhm  as  they  mess  it  out  through  gills,  for  them  beef  heart  as  a  whole  is  good  option  but  beef  heart  is  not  advisable  for  cichlids  and  aros  give  them  quality  pellet  food

 chichlid  are  greedy  eaters!!
they  will  njoy  BHM!bt  some  pnts  2  remembr
 1.  take  caree  to  remove  any  atrium  part  i.e.  the  top  white  part

2.initially,try  to  feed  BHM  asa  u  remove  from  freezer.

3.start  with  small  amounts(n  small  morsels)..since  chichlids  are  used  to  eating  floating  food  it  myt  take  some  feed  sessions  2  gather  their  interests  n  food  may  get  wastd  causing  a  mirky  water(BHM  peices  break  up  vry  quickly  1c  they  they  loose  their  frozen  state  hence  point  2.)

 4.  once  they  learn  abt  the  new  food  try  makin  small  morsels  smaller  than  their  mouth  n  put  them  in  water  onli  when  they  reach  the  surface(these  would  further  help  to  keep  water  clean).

lastly,m  nt  an  expert  bt  these  are  my  personal  experiences  feeding  my  oscars.sadly  i  had  to  sell  them  as  they  had  reached  gigantoc  sizes  n  had  bcom  very  aggressive.

Also, expert  advice  would  be  highly  appreciated!!

thats  what  i  said..once  u  get  them  used  to  the  BHM  taste  make  small  morsels  (kind  of  balls)  n  patiently  feed  each  of  them.the  rollin  morsels  into   balls  btween  your  pointing  finger  n  thumb  binds  the  food.
from  what  i  observd  they  throw  out  less  food  this  way.
