Please share the details like the joints & what thick is the Acrylic sheet? What have you used for height adjustment? How have you fixed the lights? |

Very thanks for your words.. 
@ Rohit,
Thanks.. All are done as per the customer requirements. Here the customer wanted 5mm black acrylic sheet. Lights used are PLL. 4 nos of PLL are used. All are clamped inside the hood. The customer wants different height adjustments and hence provided 2-3 holes in the legs of the hood. A plastic screw is provided, wherein the user can remove and thread it to different hole based on the height required.
Three separate switches were provided. 2 PLL's are connected to single ballast and one switch to ON/OFF these two PLL's. And one switch each for the rest 2 PLL's. Hence the user can switch ON/OFF the PLL's according to his requirement.
So all together, the hood is all made to the customer's requirement. |
