Had  been  a  long  time  since  I  shot  fish  (my  radio  trigger  batteries  need  replacement)
Picked  this  one  from  the  archives

Geophagus  iporangensis,  the  lone  male  surviving  from  the  fry/juveniles  Nikhil  had  given  me.

 Canon  450D,  Canon  50mm  f1.8,   ISO  200,  f4.5,  1/125,  manual  mode

Kept  the  image  slightly  dark  to  help  show  the  "sparkles"  from  the  iridescence  better.

Been  really  really  tied  up  with  work  and  life,  hope  to  free  up  sometime  to  shoot  fish  again  Smile

 Cheers,

Happy  Birthday  Hayath!  Best  wishes  for  many  more  to  come.

Based  on  your  pictures  of  birds  and  insects,  we  have  to  conclude,  radio  trigger  battery  gone  or  not,  you  are  now  more  interested  in  birds  and  bees  than  in  fishes.

   Very Happy
