Thanks  for  your  concern  and  support  guys.
He  seems  to  be  stable  as  of  now  -  his  condition  grossly  neither  improving  nor  deteriorating.
The  only  positive  sign  is  that  the  haemorrhagic  foci  are  clearing  up.  That  gives  me  a  ray  of  hope,  however  tiny.
Memnoch  is  doing  good.  He  accepted  some  pellets  last  night  and  again  this  morning.  Still  sticks  close  to  Adolf.
Hope  that  my  next  update  will  bring  some  good  tidings.

Siphon  them  out  into  a  bucket.  Use  a  wide  bore  tube  (eg.  Aquaguard  tube).  I  usually  siphon  out  water  using  this  tube  attached  to  a  2  foot  stainless  steel  curtain  rod/pipe.  To  its  tip,  I  attach  a  1"  cut  peice  of  the  soft  tubing,  to  render  it  atraumatic  (vide  infra).  This  makes  up  the  stiff  siphon  hose.  Salvage  as  many  as  you  can  by  this  method.  Preferably,  do  it  at  midnight,  when  the  parents  as  well  as  the  fry  are  sleeping/resting  at  the  bottom,  under  dim  light  or  a  torchlight  beam.  It  will  be  like  a  peice  of  cake.
Repeat  it  after  some  time  and  the  next  night  to  bag  in  the  missed-out  fry.  All  the  best.

Adolf  has  been  stable  all  day.  Spent  most  of  his  time  resting  and  cruising  slowly  around  the  tank,  mostly  with  his  tail  as  post  haemorrhage,  both  his  pectoral  fins  are  inflamed,  hypo-motile  and  showed  the  presence  of  necrosed  (dead)  tissue.  The  fin  bases  are  now  cleared  off  the  haematoma  and  appear  healthy  and  capable  of  generating  new  tissue.  I  debrided  the  dead  tissue  using  suction-aspiration,  dressed  the  suture  wounds  using  a  combination  of  methylene  blue  and  malachite  green  and  carried  out  a  80%  water  change.  Here  are  some  pics  and  vids.

Siphoning  out  the  wastes  before  the  suction  debridement

Note  the  necrosed  (dead)  pale  yellow  pectoral  fin  tissue

 Sheathed  atraumatic  suction  tip

Right  pectoral  fin  post-debridemant.  a  few  haemarrhagic  spots  can  be  appreciated  at  the  transparent  base.  This  part  is  still  viable.  Note  the  cleared  out  and  healthy  looking  fin-base  and  pectoral  peduncle  in  contrast  to  the  dark  reddish-blue  haematoma  in  this  part  seen  yesterday

Skeletal  remains  of  the  left  pectoral  fin  post-debridemant.  The  remaining  dying  tissue  will  be  debrided  tomorrow

 After  the  debridement  and  dressing

Adolf's  condition  was  worsening.  He  was  continuously  bleeding  from  the  anus  for  the  last  two  days.  A  bad  fungal  infection  was  spreading  across  his  body.  Many  areas  were  showing  petechial  haemorrhages.  The  only  part  of  his  body  that  he  could  move  were  his  eyes  (as  lively  as  ever),  his  respiratory  muscles  and  his  caudal  muscles  (Few).  All  in  all,  his  condition  was  pitiable  and  obviously,  he  had  crossed  the  point  of  no  return.  I  and  my  family  couldn't  bear  to  see  it  anymore.  So,  on  their  insistence,  I  went  against  my  own  rules  and  put  him  to  rest  yesterday  evening.  May  his  soul  rest  in  eternal  peace.
With  that,  ends  an  era  in  my  life  and  obviously,  this  thread.
But  with  every  end,  comes  a  new  beginning.
I  gave  the  huge  pleco  away  to  Channa  guy  and  exchanged  Memnoch  (Since  he  would  have  constantly  reminded  me  of  Adolf.  And  I  guess  that  finding  a  new  home  and  new  friends  would  be  better  for  him  too.)  in  a  nearby  LFS  for  4  pairs  of  2"  Marble  scalare  Angelfish  (After  buying  those  angelfish  for  my  uncle,  I  secretly  have  had  a  fascination  for  trying  out  angelfishkeeping  someday.  I  would  have  preferred  silvers,  but  didn't  have  much  of  a  choice.)  and  3  x  3"  Plecos.  I'll  post  regarding  them  in  a  new  thread  soon.
Thanks  for  following  this  thread  for  for  all  these  months  and  for  your  love  and  support.

I  had  been  following  this  thread  for  last  few  days,  though  awfully  busy  with  my  office  work.
This  shows  the  relation  between  a  man  and  his  pet  at  the  best.  Hats  off  to  you  Kastor  for  your  effort.
Its  pity  that  this  story  has  such  a  tragic  ending.
