I have these snails for a year now. They r the cleaners in a planted aquarium, do not touch/each plants eat only excess/leftover food n dead fish.
I feed them with spirulina tablets. Temp 26 degrees with thermostat in winter and fans cooling during summer.
Tap water 100% with anti-chlorine. Vegetation marimo balls n mosses. Water change 50% every week because they dirty a lot.
The fertile females lay eggs under the aquarium lid to protect the eggs from being eaten by fish. The eggs r near a water source to provide moisture to the eggs.
This time I was able to see the eggs hatching n take pictures.
Attached is a link to the photos. I've switched off the aquairum light so I can take pictures of the eggs. Enjoy
