Can  you  let  me  know  the  quantity  of  sand  that  you  used?  I  have  my  tank  with  beach  sand  from  Goa's  beaches  (Golden)  and  used  approx  1kg  for  my  5  gallon  tank.
I  have  more  1kg  spare  sand  with  me,  which  i  plan  to  put  to  my  3  feet  tank  (which  i  will  buy  this  saturday).

Please  give  me  some  knowledge  about  the  quantity  of  sand  you  used  for  your  2feet  tank.

I  have  almost  9-10kg  white  sand  with  me  now.  I  have  not  yet  scaped  the  tank.  Will  be  doing  this  weekend.  Will  post  the  pics  after  that.

 @  Jabba,

Not  really.  My  cories  are  doing  a  real  good  job  in  keeping  the  sand  clean.

 Some  pics

I  have  5  cories  who  really  does  a  very  good  cleaning  the  sand  everyday.  But  if  you  dont  have  any  bottom  dwellers,  it  is  quite  difficult  to  keep  the  sand  clean.
