Not too much time. everyday fertilizer, Weekly water change and trimming. Otherwise my wife takes care of cleaning the glass every alternate day.

You are right nidhi. it was Albino red-eye lemon tetras (thats what i was told in the LFS) |

time to trim the background plants, i would trim it exactly at 50% of its current height.
More number of trims means thicker the bush.

I think, you have sufficient amount of plants there, just allow it grow and then trim it.
