It  is  dissolved  salts  in  your  water.  Use  distilled/bottled  water  or  make  your  well  water  to  go  through  reverse  osmosis  process.

 Hi  Dhanu,

It  could  be  due  to  Biogenic  Decalcification.  Please  see  Biogenic  Decalification

What  plants  do  you  have  in  this  aquarium  ?

@nanomania:  i  dont  have  good  camera  right  now.  Sad
@RAJUSUCHDE:  i  am  adding  bore  water  when  my  water  level  is  going  down.  for  that  may  be  salts  levels  raised.
@ravi:  somuch  literature  on  Biogenic  Decalification.  will  study  later.
im  having  brown  crypts,  vallisnaria.  deposits  seen  on  horizantal  flat  surface  points  of  leaves  only.

 Nice  Crypts.

I  had  similar  experience  in  UK  on  my  amazon  sowrd  plant,  but  i  just  trimmed  the  leaves  which  was  affected  and  the  new  one  was  ok.  even  i  dont  know  the  reason,  i  was  just  using  tap  water.

I  guess,,  pictures  will  gibe  a  better  idea.
