Sharing some of the past and present natives i had and still have with me
Puntius gelius (My favourite for planted tanks)(wild caught)
A shoal which we caught last winter
Horadandila/Microrasbora atukorali (wild caught)
I call this fella terminator shrimp (wild caught)
Chanda ranga (wild caught)
Wood shrimps (wild caught)
Puntius conchonius (wild caught)
Lepidocephalichthys thermalis (wild caught)
Glossogobius giuris (wild caught)
Aplocheilus Panchax
Nandus nandus in action !!! (wild caught)
M. pancalus from galiff
Schistura corica from galiff

Awesome! what do you mean by wild caught? Nice to see chanda fish.. when i was kid i used to keep them in bottle now don't see them any where! |

dint know so many good looking fish originated in India.....was only familiar with denison barb.....

Phenomenal man ... your fish are amazing specimens
I remember having a tank with wild red badis (D Dario) ... I'll post a pic if i can find one ... cant help but feel such awe for the kind of wildlife we have in our country

Nice collection,
the loach appears more like a M.triangularis than a L.thermalis,
native experts may be able to throw more light on this, |

| I don't think it is H.atukorali then. This species is resctricted to Kerala,Tamil Nadu and Srilanka. How big are these specimens now??? |
