 Kindly  advice  on  where  can  I  buy  Sea  Shells  and  Dead  Coral  bits  /  pieces  in  chennai  to  use  as  decor  in  my  tanks....

 Why  buy  them?!   If  you  travel  along  ECR  road  and  stop  by  anywhere  and  reach  the  sea  side,  you'll  find  of  lot  of  small  shells,  and  bits  of  coral.   Of  course,  they  will  not  be  big  coral  pieces  (esp.  if  you're  setting  up  a  marine  tank),  but  you'll  find  some  good  ones.   And  its  a  pleasant  experience  walking  along  the  beach  and  collecting  shells.
