Alenquer is one of the place from where the wilds are caught.
The wild ones are brown in colour. While those bred in captivity tend to be more towards reddish |

That would be a very fortunate event for IAHians.
As far as I remember your planted discus tank was one of finest I have ever seen and one in which you succeeded in breeding your browns (do correct me if I am wrong). |

Thank you guys, your words are inspiring,
Didnt know any one remembered it here but it is sure encouraging.
Anyway I have ordered a few discus, lets see how it goes
Will surly post tonnes of pics and a log as well,
right now busy with collecting plants |
