You  have  to  dose  KNO3.  If  you  dont  dose  KNO3,  your  plants  would  be  deprived  of  Nitrate  and  Potassium  and  would  have  nitrate  and  potassium  deficiency!!!     Thumb Down   Thumb Down

So  cannot  dose  only  KH2PO4,  K2SO4  and  CSM+B.  You  need  KNO3  too..

Also  what  method  are  you  planning  to  dose?

 Estimative  Index
 PMDD
 All-In-One

Which  of  the  above?  Only  then  we  can  calculate  the  amount  of  each  chemical  that  you  need  to  dose  for  your  tank.

 For  red  color  plants...

 1)  High  intensity  light.
 2)  Increase  the  level  of  Iron.
 3)  Decrease  the  level  of  Nitrates.
 4)  Increase  PH  value
 5)  Increase  the  level  of  Phosphates
Be  careful  about  the  algae  when  you  do  the  above  things..

How  does  ph  level  effect  colour  of  plants.

 @  suhi
Which  plants  are  we  talking  about,  you  cannot  have  a  blanket  recipe  for  all  red  plants.
What  are  your  Co2  levels,  what  other  plants  do  you  have.

if  you  are  concerned  about  light  and  its  affects  on  coloration  of  plants,,,  a  4.5K  kelvin  lights  would  do  the  job.
or  something  in  the  range  of  yellow, amber, orange, red  light.
