Have  not  posted  anything  significant  for  a  long  time  and  IAH  remains  in  my  heart,  in  a  very  special  place,  all  the  time,  as  I  have  learnt  it  mostly  from  here.  People  like  Madan,  Trevor  have  been  icons  with  whom  it  has  always  been  a  pleasure  to  meet  and  interact.  Sadly  they  are  not  there  most  of  the  time  and  the  charm  that  was  there  on  IAH  has  faded  for  me  quite  a  bit.  How  ever,  IAH,  has  stayed  in  that  very  special  place  in  my  heart.  So,  I  am  curtain  raising,  my  scape  that  I  had  submitted  in  TGIAC  2012  on  IAH,  as  a  gesture  to  mark  my  gratitude  for  the  fantastic  forum.

I  liked  the  scape  personally  and  feel  both  sad  and  happy  that  it  did  not  rank.  Sad,  as  I  always  want  to  do  well  and  for  me  acknowledgement  is  crucial.  Will  give  it  a  harder  try  next  year.  Anyway,  let  me  know  your  feedback  on  the  tank,  if  you  like  it  or  dislike,  I  do  not  mind  but  will  love  to  hear  your  thoughts  as  that  is  the  only  reward  all  aquascapers'  seek  the  most,  remarks,  comments  and  feedback.

Happy,  as  I  see,  many  new  people  coming  up  with  nice  scapes.  It  is  extremely  satisfying  to  see  the  growth  of  the  skill  in  India.  ADA  has  played  and  is  still  playing  a  major  part  in  it.  I  thank  them  here  for  that.

Now,  some  specifications  about  the  tank.

 Title  -  Nature's  glory
 Tank  Dimensions  -  24x18(h)x15
Flora  -  Eleocharis  Parvula,  Flame  moss,  Unidentified  moss,  Staurogene  Sp.  Tropica,  Hydrocotyle  Tripartita,  HC  Cuba  and  Glossostigma  Diandrum.
Fauna  -  Horadandia  Atukorali,  Danionella  Priapus.
 Substrate  -  ADA  Amazonia  ii
 Pressurised  Co2
 Dosing  -  Macro,  Micro,  Iron

 Nice  Tank  Dev,
Good  to  see  your  tank.  However  I  have  a  feeling  of  emptiness  when  I  look  at  it  again  and  again.  May  be  a  school  of  cardinals  /  Neons  can  makeup  that  or  else  some  bushy  stuff  where  the  plants  are  there.
 with  best  regards,
 Sudheer

 Nice  setup....

I  think  it  can  be  improved  by  adding  some  taller  plants.  The  upper  part  of  the  scape  looks  empty.  Perhaps  as  others  said,  adding  some  cardinals  might  help.

Sai,  how  I  wish  you  were  the  judge   Chuckle
Sudhir,  I  think  you  are  right.  I  think  the  judges  deducted  points  there.
 Abhishek  menon  -  thanks  mate.
Raj  -  Yes  its  a  red  hue.  Just  wanted  to  show  the  sky  before  sunrise.  Hope  you  liked  it.

 Beautiful.

I  have  always  wanted  to  tell  you  this  (its  just  my  opinion  and  that  too  from  a  person  who  is  soo  not  into  planted  tanks)-
Whenever  I  see  your  snaps,  I  feel  this  could  be  a  very  beautiful  tank  in  next  few  weeks  or  months.  That  is  the  common  thing  I  have  seen  in  the  pictures  you  have  posted.  In  my  opinion  you  are  partly  loosing  out  on  this  part.  Timing  when  to  showcase....

 Hi  Dev,

I  am  touched  the  way  you  have  expressed  your  love  towards  IAH  and  i  agree  to  all  the  content  of  it   Smile

I  also  agree  on  your  view  towards  ADA  contributing  towards  increased  liking  of  this  hobby  in  India.

 On  the  scape  -
 Positives  -

 1.  The  scape  has  a  calmness  in  it  and  i  love  every  bit  of  detailing  that  you  have  taken  care  of   Thumb Up
 2.  i  like  the  orientation  of  the  stream,  something  different  that  what  usually  we  see  which  starts  or  ends  at  the  center  background

 the  negatives  could  be  -

 1.  ofcourse  lack  &  choice  of  fauna.
2.the  left  background  is  too  flat,  though  i  understand  you  might  have  done  that  to  create  depth  but  i  feel  it  could  have  been  a  little  more  elevated.  ofcourse  i  doubt  stem  plants  can  be  used  in  this  scape  especially  with  the  hardscape  that  you  have  opted  for  and  that  i  believe  becomes  even  more  challenging.
 3.  white  sand  is  always  a  risky  option  IMO.

Lets  gear  up  and  start  our  preparation  for  next  year   Smile

 Cheers,
 Binesh
