 I'm  planning  to  setup  an  Amazon  setup  in  my  5  feeter  tank.  Gonna  rehome  my  pacu  and  red  zebra  cichlids.  I  have  2  oscars  and  2  green  terrors.  What  type  of  substrate  will  be  good  for  that  and  what  about  plants.  Also  can  i  get  some  other  unique  amazonian  or  softwater  fish  to  go  along  with  the  setup  or  perhaps  an  invertibrate.

 Cichlids  (that  grow  large)  will  most  prob  uproot  the  plants..  so  think  about  it..

 But  I  can  use  rocks  and  a  better  holding  substrate  to  make  it  hold  on  much  better  .
