A 50% water change should help.
I would keep the temperature to about 29-30C.
34 looks a little more for me..
Experts, what do you say ? |

I've done 50%WC last week,,feeding them once a day
In Agra people like elmoses are keeping their discus in 36 to 38 c n they are feeding properly n living happily in Agra temperature is 43c so what do you expect a tank temp kept in home |

At higher temp , oxygen level drops down .You are also not doing regular WC . Follow the basics , try to maintain the temp below 31 deg C . do frequent WC , put on fan on tank .If you don't take immediate action your discus may have more problem , act fast . |

Do you have any CO2 setup.
What is the bps?
Any issue with the water you added recently? |

Check for water poisoning. Did you add any decoration stuff lately? any metal parts in tank?
May sound noobish, but better give a check then losing a life. |

Mullaji,
First reduce the temperature as less as possible immediately use fans/add slowly ice water at frequent intervals and bring the temperature atleast 28 C. Rainbows requires colder temperature. The temperature which you said is above the permissible level for rainbows.
let do this and give the feedback. As I don't want to drag other fish species at present which requires different temperature levels. Oxygen pump must run around the clock.
bye
