A very warm welcome !!!!
I have been to this place, was impressed with the wide range of products and live stock.
However, i wish the staff would be a little more courteous. They are very rude and dont bother to explain about the products.
guess they didnt get their bonus.......

+1 to DVD and umesh, its a good place as you will find everything under one roof , even though the prices are sky rocketing. The staff seems to be a frustrated lot since they happen to give some sort of attitude ( which many of my neighbouring friends have also mentioned) which makes it an awful experience , they seriously need to learn how to behave with their customers.

| +1 to DVD , umesh & asif,it's a good place to buy aquarium related items but they have to improve on the staff who are quite shrewd |

Thank You for raising these concerns, Rest assured this has changed. The person sitting in the front desk (Prasanna) has been removed due to similar complaints. To get things professionally running we have roped in Seetharam Rai who is also the Owner of the Online Store "Aqua By Nature".
Seetharam Rai has officially joined as our consultant 3 Weeks Back and is currently Ironing out all such issues. He will be gradually even training the staff. He will also be available over the Weekends at Our Store.
Request you to visit us again and experience the changes yourself. In case you still face any issues please let us know. We apologize for any rude behaviour which you might have faced in the past. Thank You and Look forward to see you all at our store. |

Yes, The website does not contain any price details. The number of products that we have is huge so it becomes quite difficult to put all the details on the website. So we have just mentioned the brands of products that we carry.
Since Seetharam Rai from Aqua By Nature (www.aquabynature-shop.com) has become our official consultant, He will be making all products from our shop available on his online store for people outside Bangalore to purchase.
More details will be put up in a Separate Thread in the next few days. |

I also visited this store and had a similar experience as mentioned by Umesh and DVD2103. Hope now has a change in attitude . May visit the store again . Just curious to know is there any discount for IAH members? |
