can experience guys give some suggestion.
I have gone through headbanger's sticky post but how do I harvest those worms is still a question.
and can these monsoon worms be cultured round the year?

Yes, why not. And yes, Jib's post talks a lot about it.
I've earthworm culture running at my place and my fronts are loving them. You just need to take care to have the culture in damp conditions. Especially in summer, you need to sprinkle some water around twice in a day
Food : Fortunately these guys are not picky and you can put leftovers of your dinner/lunch; leftovers of raw vegetables; flowers etc.
